Midwest Chemical
Safety (MCS) provides expert chemical and radiological safety
and occupational hygiene consulting services to small and
mid-sized businesses. These consulting services include:
Site Audits and
Assessments - MCS will provide detailed audits of client's
procedures for storing and using chemicals. Assessments include
use of personal protective equipment and compliance with OSHA
regulations, chemical and radiological risk assessment and
management, evaluation of workplace hazards, IAQ/mold
evaluations and recommendations for corrective actions.
Exposure
Monitoring- MCS will set up, conduct and evaluate effective
exposure monitoring programs at the client's worksite.
Monitoring studies are conducted using NIOSH approved methods
and ACGIH recommendations. The company will provide fully
documented reports signed by a board-certified industrial
hygienist.
Safety Consulting
- Regular visits by professional consultants assist our clients
with all areas of chemical and occupational safety.
Environmental data review for site certification can also be
provided.
Accident
investigation - MCS conducts critical evaluations to the
cause of accidents with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
