When the install went bad, the site guys hung the bear. They wouldn't let me take him when I left. Later they said that when the day shift came in the next morning, they knew instantly how the install had gone. They sent us this picture:

PS: I caught him raiding our fridge the other night....I question the cigarettes
he's been smoking....
We were finally able to reunite him with his family and rescue them all with a successful install!
